PRODUCT RECALL FEE STRUCTURE

WHOLESALE STOCK RETURNS

Where a manufacturer or regulatory body require a recall to be processed -- £100 per product, per wholesale warehouse stocked.

(Customers will be notified by way of an invoice message, unless specifically request no to do so - invoice messages will be run for approximately one week from the date of notification).

Wholesaler stock returned to Manufacturers is to be credited at the Manufacturer's COST price.

Where a recall is so urgent (e.g. Class 1), that wholesalers are required to telephone every customer immediately - £500 per wholesale warehouse per recall.

CUSTOMER STOCK RETURNS

The fee for raising each customer return credit note is £10.00 per credit note, per customer. In the case of schedule 2 & 3 controlled drugs, subject to safe custody and for products requiring cold chain distribution, the fee is £15.00 per credit note per customer.

Returns of part packs will be treated and credited as full packs.

Customer stock returned to Manufacturers is to be credited at the Manufacturer's TRADE price.
